Participants are divided into three teams where they will follow along 12 weeks of grueling yet rewarding motifications to their lives! The great thing about this challenge is that it not only encourages exercise and healthy eating, but it’s insisting you become more confident in yourself, which is a BIGGY.
The weeks are as followed:
- Week 1- Cardio: You are going to have to work on cardio for 20-25 mins(at least)
- Week 2- Strength: Work on your muscles and building up your strength.
- Week 3- Water:drink as much water as possible and make sure that you drink at least 8 classes of water a day!
- Week 4- Compliments: Look at yourself in the mirror, but instead of ripping yourself to pieces you are going to compliment 3 different things about yourself.
- Week 5- Cardio: You are going to have to work on cardio for 30-35 mins (at least)
- Week 6- Food: You are going to have to record everything you eat and watch your food carefully. Eat really clean and you must eat at least 2 pieces of fruit a day and lots of veggies!
- Week 7- Cardio: You are going to have to work on cardio for 40-45 mins (at least)
- Week 8- Strength: Work on your muscles and building up your strength.
- Week 9- Water: You are going to have to drink as much water as possible and make sure that you drink at least 8 classes of water a day!
- Week 10- Compliments: Look at yourself in the mirror, but instead of ripping yourself to pieces you are going to compliment 3 different things about yourself.
- Week 11- Cardio: You are going to have to work on cardio for 50-55 mins (at least)
- Week 12- Food: You are going to have to record everything you eat and watch your food carefully. Eat really clean and you must eat at least 2 pieces of fruit a day and lots of veggies!
Weigh in’s will be on Monday’s Before the new week begins!
